Hello world it has been a while, I really need to get into the habit of this. Well update is that i have finished orientation along with all the other wonderful SLMs I can now call my friends. It was an amazing experience that truly touched my life deeply and brought me to the place i am now. I am t-minus 12 days away from departing and actually packed my bags for Bolivia today. Currently working on my boxes for our move 3 days before I leave. Can i get a scream? aaaaaaa! :) But it is all part of the package so it is worth it and this following year is going to be amazing. I can finally after orientation really start preparing mentally for what is to come and continue on calmly with trust in the lord that I am on the path he has chosen for me. So if i can get all this done i have a week left of enjoying the people in my life before chaos hits again. But this time I am sure to be ready...:)

Hey guys a week into orientation and completely surprised by the flood of emotions of it all. It's been great in many ways including the 20 amazing, interesting, inspiring people I have met and that will be going down this road with me, even though in different directions, within the next year. We are all excited to start our experiences but in so many ways it has already started with all that we are experiencing with each other. So we are a week in 2 to go. Cross cultural week over and service week ahead of us. Learning to be away from the people I love is one of the lessons of this orientation. Can't wait to see them and to update you soon!
